Apparel Returns

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Diva Mode Fitness apparel order, we gladly accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • To get a refund or exchange, the returned merchandise MUST be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached – no exceptions.
  • If getting a refund, the refund amount will not include the original shipping costs.
  • Items redeemed through the rewards program are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • NOTE: Please examine all clothing carefully before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing.

Apparel Exchange Process

  • You must ship the item back to us at the address below.
  • We will ship the replacement item back to you at no additional expense.
  • We will give you a $5 store credit to compensate you for the return shipping costs that can be used on any future orders.

Nutritional Supplements

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your nutritional supplement purchase from Diva Mode Fitness, you may return it within 45 DAYS from the date of shipment for a full refund (minus original shipping costs)
  • Before you return your product, please go to our Contact page and send us an email letting us know you are returning the product and why.
  • Items redeemed through the rewards program are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Important Notes:

  • All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
  • Make sure a copy of the receipt is included with your return so we know who to issue the credit to.
  • All credits will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase. No checks will be issued.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
